Electric Daisy Carnival is returning to Las Vegas Motor Speedway for its 30th anniversary edition, taking place May 15-17. Insomniac’s flagship festival will expand to 18 music areas this year, featuring the kineticJOURNEY theme that reflects three decades of EDC’s evolution and its community.
30 Years of Electric Daisy Carnival
Leading up to the festival weekend, Insomniac will debut its first-ever World Party Parade. The free, all-ages event kicks off at 6 PM PT on Thursday, May 14, rolling down the Las Vegas Strip past Circus Circus Hotel & Casino, Resorts World Las Vegas, Sahara Las Vegas, and Hilton Grand Vacations Club. The parade will feature over 30 art cars, moving renegade sound systems, and hundreds of performers.
To mark EDC Las Vegas’ 30th anniversary, GRAMMY-nominated Kaskade has teamed up with Layton Giordani and Natalie Jane for ‘Meet Again’, the official anthem of EDC Las Vegas 2026. The track is out now on Insomniac Records and appears on the festival’s official compilation.
The festival will debut two new music areas this year. The Insomniac Fridays themed area pays tribute to early underground dance music in Los Angeles, featuring old-school rave acts including Steve Loria, Frankie Bones, Donald Glaude, Fester, Oscure & Thee-O, and Reid Speed. The happy hardcore-focused Picnic Playtime art car will also make its debut, hosted by RAVEWAVE with artists like DJ Flapjack, 99Jakes, and Lucky Rabbit.
This year’s lineup honors dance music history with EDC Las Vegas debuts from legendary English electronic acts The Prodigy and Underworld, alongside Dutch trance icon Tiësto and American rave pioneer Frankie Bones.
Production & Festival Highlights
EDC Las Vegas 2026 will feature 18 main stages, side stages, and art cars spread across the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Several stages will showcase new designs, including kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, neonGARDEN, stereoBLOOM, bassPOD, quantumVALLEY, and wasteLAND.
The 30th anniversary edition promises to be Insomniac’s most ambitious Las Vegas production yet, combining the festival’s signature production value with special tributes to dance music’s rich history. With the addition of the Strip parade and expanded music programming, EDC Las Vegas 2026 is positioning itself as a multi-day celebration that extends beyond the speedway.
