One of EDM’s most well known producers for melodic bass, Jason Ross officially released a new track ‘Crash‘ ahead of his new album. Working with Dutch vocalist Lin Was Here the lyrics are written with emotions. Along with the music video to accompany to the song featuring an emotional couple.

“Crash is about the moment you stop fighting what you feel”-Jason Ross

“The emotion and lyrics sparked the entire direction of the project and reignited my passion creatively. Bringing that feeling to life through visuals has been just as fulfilling. It’s the first time I’ve truly felt connected to the stories I’m telling, both sonically and visually.”- Jason Ross

‘Crash’ was the first song I wrote when starting this album, and it came from a place of looking inward and reconnecting with why I fell in love with making music in the first place. When Lin Was Here sent the demo, it instantly clicked.

Lin was here adds: “‘Crash’ is an invitation to take the risk, to dive into a new beginning and let love lead the way.”

The balance between vulnerability and power has long defined Jason Ross’ and you can feel it here with the melodic bass sounds that shows feelings.

Recently, Jason Ross continues translating that emotional range into live high energy performances, with an appearance at Groove Cruise and tour support dates alongside Seven Lions on the ‘Asleep In The Garden Of Infernal Stars’ tour, including stops at Radius and the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. His much anticipated new album ‘Lost in Dreams’ is set to arrive later this year.

For Lin was here, the collaboration marks another step in a growing presence within dance music, following releases with Kronos, SaberZ, Galactixx, and E-Life. Her vocals pairs naturally with Jason Ross’ production.
