After the release of her 5th studio album, As The Pendulum Swings, and making stunning movements with her PORTAL concept, REZZ starts the year with some music that confirms why she first became the genre’s reigning queen of hypnotic darkness, at the same time with a constant experimentation. ‘Circuit‘ alongside UK-based producer Limbo Slice is now available via her own imprint Hypnovizion.
Often referred to as the “Space Mom” of the electronic world, REZZ (Isabelle Rezazadeh) has spent the last decade carving out a dark, hypnotic corner of the industry that is entirely her own. Known for her trademark LED goggles and a signature sound that bridges the gap between industrial techno and mid-tempo bass, the Canadian producer has recently entered what she calls her “most dialed-in era.” This evolution was solidified with the late 2025 release of her fifth studio album, As The Pendulum Swings, a project that masterfully blends her legacy sounds with a more mature, refined edge.
As we move through 2026, REZZ is currently in the midst of her highly ambitious PORTAL Tour, which wraps up this February at the Armory in Minneapolis. This tour is more than just a series of shows; it is a full-sensory audiovisual experience featuring a custom 60-foot circular screen designed to immerse fans in the “otherworldly recesses” of her mind. With a massive schedule ahead—including back-to-back performances at Coachella 2026 and major festival slots at Beyond Wonderland at The Gorge and îLESONIQ—REZZ is successfully proving that her unique brand of “industrial slow techno” is not just a phase, but a global movement.

Now she is ready to elevate the production to a whole new level one more time with ‘Circuit’. This track finds REZZ leaning further into velocity while preserving the hypnotic pull that defines her work. The collaboration balances controlled intensity with gritty detail, pairing thunderous low-end with restless synth patterns that continually shift and escalate. Limbo Slice’s industrial edge complements REZZ’s evolving palette, resulting in a track that feels both exhilarating and unpredictable as it unfolds.
2025 showed the canadian electronic music producer is moving further to industrial and techno sounds. Moving away from simple “downtempo,” her new tracks like “Prophecy” and “Glass Veins” lean heavily into dark techno and French electro influences. ‘Circuit’ is no more than a confirmation of this exploration to darker sounds, there is a greater focus on restraint and “slow-burn” builds compared to the high-impact drops of her earlier Mass Manipulation era.
At the same time, it is an invitation to rising producers to push boundaries, this manifested with Limbo Slice as collaborator. The UK-based producer has gained traction with an enigmatic signature and monochromatic visual aesthetic. Collaborations with the likes of Astroglitch, One True God, and Mobiius have further solidified Limbo Slice’s presence beyond the breakout hit ‘Aphotic’. Returning to the scene following a brief hiatus, Limbo Slice made his debut on HypnoVizion last month with ‘Fragment’.
As she concludes her 2026 tour and prepares for a career-defining double weekend at Coachella, it’s clear that REZZ has transcended the typical DJ set and production with some incredible collaborations with future game changers. She has built a comprehensive, high-art ecosystem where the music and the imagery are inseparable, solidifying her place as a visionary who is truly leading the charge into the next era of electronic performance. At the same time teasing a new era through her social media, mentioning the special photo eluding the release is also a reference to a new project. In the coming months we can see the continue evolution of the artist taking the next level.
