Lineup

On Saturday December 27th, 2025, legendary Progressive House and Trance Trio Above & Beyond return to Factory Town after their stellar performance for NYE last year. This time, we will get to hear them on their tour, Bigger Than All Of Us, celebrating the release of their latest studio album of the same name this summer. The trio will accompany Canadian producer and This Never Happened label boss Lane 8. As long-time collaborators, they continuously support each other’s releases on their respective mixes, Group Therapy, and Lane 8’s seasonal tapes. Furthermore, the possibility of a b2b makes us more and more eager for the night.

Next on the lineup is the Norwegian sibling duo KREAM. Their LIQUID:LAB series has become a world-recognized brand and label that is taking them to headline major shows in London, Montreal, Dallas, NYC, and Copenhagen. Moreover, their blend of Tech-House, Progressive, Techno, and popular EDM mashups has taken them to new heights. With more shows for 2026 in Los Angeles and Austin, KREAM ought to bring the heat to Miami. Then, House and Techno duo Kasablanca joins the ranks for a heavy, synthy, and timeless set. The inspiring band continues to ride the wave from their debut Album, Higher Resolution, alongside the A-Side remixes and the B-side, which was released last month.

The lineup is complete with the international trio Laszewo. Originating from Santa Barbara, the trio enchants audiences with their multi-genre performances and live vocals. Coming from a spectacular set at EDC Orlando, Laszewo is preparing to turn it up at Factory Town next Saturday. Then, the trio will continue their tour through Tokyo ans San Francisco.

Factory Town

Rising from the shell of a former mattress factory in Hialeah, Miami’s ‘City of Progress’, Factory Town is seven acres of steel, concrete, and open sky repurposed into a living, breathing city of sound. Here, every walk of life converges: dreamers, creatives, and misfits.

From dusk an unfiltered expanse of stages and warehouses where global music collides with Miami’s underground energy. Factory Town is more than a venue: it’s a community and culture constructed from the ground up, inclusive, relentless, and alive until dawn. Factory Town will receive the New Year with Keinemusik’s &Me December 31st. Then, 2026 will be the conduit to more incredible shows. Artists such as FKA Twigs, Mau P, and Disco Lines will all host their headlining shows at Factory Town. In addition, the venue has just announced that the precedent-setting German Festival Time Warp will make its debut in Miami. Of course, we can’t forget Miami Music Week in March.
