The weekend of August 8-10, 2025 was a very special one at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco as it celebrated the most-anticipated music festival in that city, Outside Lands. The music festival celebrates the talents of various music stars from a grand variety of genres. Outside Lands 2025 brought out tons of outstanding, immersive experiences at the park as well such as food vendors, merch booths, interactive activations, street art, and amenities that suit well with each person’s preferences.

The four main stages of Outside Lands are Lands End, Sutro, Panhandle, and Twin Peaks. Those four smaller stages are SOMA, Dolores’, The Duboce Triangle, and Casa BACARDÍ. SOMA, which was an indoor stage in the past, represents the best in house and techno. In this edition of Outside Lands, it welcomed the likes of Nico Moreno, BLOND:ISH, Claude Vonstroke, Walker & Royce, Dombresky, and Black Coffee to enhance the beats that vibrated throughout the chilly San Francisco air. Dolores’ provided a safe, open space for wonderful artists such as Rebecca Black and Big Freedia to showcase their phenomenal music-crafting skillsets for the fans, especially as the stage celebrates its diverse and vibrant LGBTQ+ community.
The Duboce Triangle made its debut at Outside Lands 2025 and it tucked itself underneath the soothing eucalyptus tree groves of McLaren Pass, and it brought out top-notch artists and bands such as Bay Ledges, Mayer Hawthorne, Lexa Gates, and Nimino. Casa BACARDÍ electrified the crowds with incredible, rhythmic Latin dancefloor vibes that had producers like Caja Mágica, Bolo, DJ Umami, and Lara G turn up the heat for the Outside Lands crowd to get their grooves on.
Food, drink, cannabis, art, and other vibrant experiences at the festival
Aside from the awesome sets that the fans got to enjoy from their favorite artists, they also got to take in the vast amount of colorful vibrant experiences that made their weekend at Outside Lands 2025 an unforgettable one. Countless international and domestic food vendors to choose from that can satisfy their hunger and not just that, even the choices in drinks are bountiful too. Wine Lands, Beer Lands, and Cocktail Magic allowed fans to quench their liquid cravings as they relax alongside their current and new friends whil vibing to the music in the background.
Furthermore, Grass Lands is the first curated cannabis experience at a major American music festival where cannabis rookies and veterans can chill underneath the relaxing natural surroundings near Golden Gate Park’s Polo Field. Next to the McLaren Pass is City Hall, where couples can participate in their own marriage or commitment ceremonies and celebrate alongside family, friends, and fellow attendees alike.
Then, there’s Outsider Art, the area where fans treat themselves to viewings of one-of-a-kind artistic works from distinguished street artists. For those who are experiencing the festival suite life, the Golden Gate Club allows great front-stage viewing, a dedicated golf cart to take the attendees from one stage to another in a couple minutes, and also enjoy a wide selection of culinary and cocktail creations.
An edition of the festival that is unique from past editions
The 2025 edition of the Outside Lands Music Festival also stands out as a festival that strongly enhances its mission to ensure that it is a festival that affirms its commitment to sustainability.
