Kanye West Just Broke The Internet Asking For Show Visuals

Just another normal day in the news business.

So, out of all people who could make it to the daily news on Dance music, we’re closing the week with everybody talking about one artist that is, let’s say, a bit outside of the sphere we would expect. Veteran rapper, producer, and personality Kanye West has made headlines today, because he’s coming to request the help of the people, in his typical Kanye fashion.

Yes sir. Arguably one of the hottest topics being discovered, discussed and practised in the Dance spectrum at the moment, visuals, has caught Ye’s attention. Earlier today he posted the above video, a screen recording of one of Excision‘s latest shows, with the caption, “Does anyone know what company does these stage effects?“.

The Answers

To no surprise, the laid-back way in which Kanye handles his socials always manages to lure tons of users to his posts. Users in this case are, mostly, divided into two groups: those who laughed the post off, and those who answered his question.

For the first group, have a giggle at some of the top comments:

As for the help provided by the second group, Kanye made yet another post, literally minutes after the first, thanking users who pointed him to some profiles who use and produce those visuals. One of them, of course, was Melodic Techno trailblazer Anyma.

Thank you for letting me know about these companies“, he wrote under yet another phone capture. Of course, though, it wouldn’t be him without at least a tiny bit of controversy. As users were swift to point out…

Conspiracy Theories Up Next

So, after this slight tangent to our usual content, what are your thoughts on the matter? Is Kanye about to dive into the world of EDM as a consequence of wanting some of these visuals? Is he about to work with artists companies like Excision and Anyma as a collaborator, in search of new background material for his shows? Or will this flame die out as fast as it came, just serving to history as a meme with around a million likes just four hours after its birth? As I love to say, partially shifting responsibilities out of my hands, only time will tell.
