Ilan Bluestone Takes a Mental Health Hiatus from Touring

London based producer Ilan Bluestone is the latest to take a break owing to mental health. It is a known fact that many well known and respected artists have had similar mental health exhaustion from the crazy world of touring. Intense demands of the industry coupled with a grinding touring schedule often take its toll and ilan Bluestone is simply the latest to decide to look after himself.

This difficulty was first highlighted by the very public struggle and tragic loss of Tim Bergling (Avicii). Since then we’ve seen many artists like Hardwell, Headhunterz, Griz, Chocolate Puma, Flosstradamus, Kayzo, and REZZ take notable touring breaks to focus on “me time” and recharge as needed.

Ilan conceded that he had to take a short break from his touring schedule to focus on his overall mental health and well-being. Recharging and rejuvenating is also mentioned as a cause for this break. Consequently, all of Ilan’s upcoming shows stand canceled including Dreamstate Australia.

Ilan tentatively plans the hiatus to be around six months or so, giving him time to work on a new album and other new music. Bluestone has received support from the likes of Spencer Brown, Estiva, Craig Connelly and more on his socials supporting the same. Hope to see you soon refreshed and rocking us as usual, Ilan!
