Trance Wax Announces Album ‘Open Up The Night’, Releases Single ‘Rhythm Of The Night’

We’ve got exciting news from one of the fastest-rising artists currently in the Trance scene.

Start your week the proper way. For years we’ve had a bootleg version of Corona‘s all-time hit ‘The Rhythm Of The Night‘ spinning around, coming from the hands of producer EJECA, also known as Trance Wax. This man has truly made headlines as an outstandingly-fast rising guy. He has remixed tracks for Above & Beyond‘s OceanLab classics, worked with artists like Ferry Corsten, and released a whole album — remixed and everything — on Anjunabeats.

This newspiece was supposed to say “it’s finally out” and such. But, not satisfied with releasing one of the most awaited IDs of his career, he did so in fashion. Trance Wax announced his new album Open Up The Night will be released via Armada this September. He says the style of the album will be a tad faster than usual.

It’s the product of a good few years of experimentation which resulted in something really fast and exciting.

Rhythm Of The Night

The track, out now, will be the fifth track of Trance Wax’s Open Up The Night. This version of the 90s classic starts strongly highlighting itself as a machine-programmed rendition. There are clues that point to a sequencer, like the percussion. Sing along with the vocals as more elements enter the scene quite progressively.

The infectious chorus comes together with the beat back in action. A song that stays very minimalistic all throughout, Trance Wax’s ‘Rhythm Of The Night’ gives perfect way to the vocals and a shy pluck playing the original melody many remixes tend to forget. Props to EJECA, he’s quite the talent.
