Desert Hearts 2023 will feature a tighter and more cohesive layout. There will be theme camps right off the dance floor, more shade throughout the grounds and stage-side car camping on grass. The beach will remain a focal point, with the addition of interactive activities and water sports.

Leading these changes will be the event’s pivot back to their celebrated One Stage, One Vibe format, a tradition fostered since the inception of the event which brings the community together on a single dance floor. Throughout the festival grounds, attendees will experience talented artist and their work, a world of colorful lights, and a beautiful desert like vibe.

Those looking for an elevated camping experience can reserve their spot at Lakeside Ready-Set Camping. DH’s newly imagined camping experience is primed with a beachfront location just steps away from the main festival amenities. The Ready-Set Camping area features two options of Ready-Set tents to choose for your convenience, a standard pre-set camping tent, or a premium Canvas Bell Tent designed for two people. In return, these options allow anyone to attend no matter their camping knowledge.

Torie, a DH special guest and member of EDMtunes

EDMtunes‘s Longtime writer and editor, Torie is on the 2023 Desert Hearts lineup. Her skill sets do not stop at the pen and paper. She packs a variety of different styles of dance including groovy house, minimal, and techno into her dance sets behind a classic pioneer CDJ. Currently in San Diego, she fines her inspiration from desolate deserts like the Mojave. Also, from her roots, the underground dance floors of San Francisco.

When I listen to her sets on Soundcloud I feel submersed into her abstract style of DJing multiple genres of dance together. There is never a spot where I feel like I can’t dance. My mind is over taken by the constant rhythmic sounds she splices together seamlessly. Her style is perfect for a beautiful desert festival like Desert Hearts.
