Central Park to Host a Burning Man Style Festival

Robot Heart is bringing a festival called Fare Forward to New York City’s Central Park’s Wollman Rink called Fare Forward. Robot Heart is one of Burning Man’s most famous collectives and hosts a yearly stage at the famous desert event where some of the world’s best-known DJ’s have played.

Fare Forward will take place April 30 and May 1 from 2pm to 10pm EST. The line-up includes the DJ Dill, musical artists Formerly (preview), International DJ and Cirque du Soleil founder Guy Laliberté, Turkish DJ and producer Carlita, musician Acid Pauli, musical artists The Illustrious Blacks, Canadian folk music band The Weather Station, DJ and producer Behrouz, British musicians Cymande, DJ and live performer Francesca Lombardo and Danish electronic artist Be Svendsen.

Attendees will also treated to works by various artists within a full-sensory exhibition as well as experience a wide variety of food prepared by chefs from the NYC culinary scene.
