Ilan Bluestone Dominates with His Second Album ‘Impulse’

He’s No Stranger To Music

He holds over 500,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. He has graced the stages of Madison Square Garden, EDC Las Vegas. He’s conquered The Gorge, the O2 Arena in Prague, the widely known Tomorrowland. He’s performed in countless cities all over the world. The producer has been featured on countless radio shows and also been supported by the biggest names in the electronic music industry. And now, after just two years since his debut album, Ilan Bluestone gives us more. Last week, the London-based producer released his second album, Impulse. With 18 songs and running over just an hour of music, there’s so much for fans to enjoy.

Since 2012, he’s been dominating the scene. And now, if you take a look at his Spotify page, songs from Impulse have taken over his top 10 popular songs category. From the 18 songs from the album, most of them feature huge vocalists. Good friend Maor Levi lends his skills to ‘Hold On‘ and ‘Three Kings‘. Additionally, Giuseppe De Luca, who has also collaborated with Ilan on past work, on 5 songs. Standouts from those 5 include ‘Look At Me Now‘ and ‘Love is a Drug‘. It’s outstanding that these two, after all these years, are able to continue to execute such melodic and extremely loved tracks. They veer away from the trance tempo just slightly with ‘Hopeless Dreamer‘, in a good way! It’s a slower tempo that makes it clear that Ilan is particular about his craft and keeping the listeners on their toes.

Speaking of switching things up, ‘Stay‘ brings a refreshing drum and bass feel to the trance album demonstrates the complete range that Ilan has. ‘Santo‘ also brings a very ambient and calm mixture to the tracklist. ’11‘ is a super uplifting track that features hopeful and brighter tones. Ilan also includes some female vocalists and their stunning, powerful voices. Ellen Smith is featured on ‘Stranger To Your Love‘ and /’Love Not Lust‘. Her soothing voice is calming and steals the attention in another good way!

While this heading says “legacy”, Ilan isn’t going anywhere for the time being. Maybe, now that the album is out, he will be relaxing just a bit more. The album is a delicate but powerful piece of art that is going to be featured in many sets from other artists amongst his own! His hard work clearly shows with Impulse and we are so happy it has finally been released.

“Two years of pouring my heart out and here it is… I’m extremely proud and excited that after many long sleepless nights, endless fine-tuning, chasing perfection, and pressing deadlines, my brand new 2nd artist album ‘Impulse’ is out now!”
