LA got hit with a 3-month extension to their quarantine, and it seems like we’re starting to question our sanity. However, just in the nick of time, Above & Beyond have presented their latest project. Out via Anjunadeep, the Flow State Meditations series will bring you some inner peace amidst this pandemic.

With the help of New York-based yogi Elena Brower, Above & Beyond brought the Flow State project to fruition. The 17-track original features ambient and piano-based compositions; mixed with Brower’s soothing voice creates an environment for the listener to forget about reality for a moment and brings you to a more relaxing place. In addition to Brower, the team brought on three more inspiring yogis to hold a meditation session in their languages. Furthermore, you can listen to the Flow State Meditation in English with Brower, Mandarin with ChauKei Ngai, Spanish with Veronica Blume, and Arabic with Hanan Alshehri.

Above & Beyond’s Flow State album released in the summer of 2019 and gained major attention around the world. A popular mental health app ‘Calm’ features their music during their meditation sessions. In addition, their songs can be found on various meditation playlists on Apple Music and Spotify. Ultimately, the group has described the album as “music tools for yoga, mindfulness and mental fitness” – and during this period of uncertainty, I know it’s probably what we all need.
