Lane 8 – Sunday Song
It may have been released on a Thursday, but Lane 8‘s ‘Sunday Song‘ is out on This Never Happened. This is the second single from his upcoming ‘Brightest Lights‘ album following the title track featuring POLIÇA. Hitting the road with the new album, we can’t wait to hear this being played out.
‘Sunday Song’ is a bright and atmospheric track with a careless yet peaceful resonance. Suitable for any day of the week, it certainly feels like an outdoors track befitting the Summer Gathering theme. Lane 8 shared the track’s story writing how it was poorly received when it was first played out. Finally, it serves as a reminder that sometimes you need to hold onto your vision, and we’re glad he did.
