TNGHT Reunites, Drops New Single ‘Serpent’

One of EDM’s favorite trap duos is finally back in action. TNGHT, made up by Hudson Mohawke and Lunice came back after six years to drop their brand new collab ‘Serpent’. After enjoying significant success back in 2012 and 2013, the duo announced their hiatus in December 2013. Now, after teasing their comeback for more than half a decade, TNGHT comes back with a brand new, lit single.

‘Serpent’ is a heavy trap song made up of African beats and drums and a mixture of crazy vocal sounds. Along with the release of the track, TNGHT dropped a video announcing “TNGHT is back”. Both the video and the song make up for a pretty crazy, trippy combination. However, the reception has been nothing but amazing. The EDM industry has really missed TNGHT, and the fans are showing it all over the internet. After waiting six years for another release from the brilliant minds who brought hits such as ‘Higher Ground’ and ‘Goooo’ to us, Serpent comes as a perfect addition into the record of a duo that has formula in order to stay relevant in their genre and in the industry, no matter how long a hiatus they decide to take.

After a six-year hiatus, TNGHT is finally back with new music.
