Steve Aoki & Backstreet Boys Team Up For New Song ‘Let It Be Me’

The ’90s are calling and they’re not playing games with your heart here. The iconic pop group, Backstreet Boys announced that they’ll be partnering up with Grammy-nominated dance music superstar, Steve Aoki. This larger than life collaboration will gear up to release their new track, “Let It Be Me” on September 6th.

Confirming earlier this year, Steve Aoki announced in an interview with The Sun, that a collaboration was in the works. Posting to both their Instagram pages, Backstreet-Aoki shared a photo collage of all six members ahead of their new song. The photo includes Aoki, AJ McClean, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell.

On his Instagram page, Aoki lightheartedly writes, “Can I be the 6th member? September 6th.” Going hand in hand with Aoki, Backstreet Boys shared their own post saying, “Introducing the 6th Backstreet Boy.” Stay tuned for September 6th for this new track!

WE ARE WORKING ON MUSIC TOGETHER. IF IT’S GOING TO BE ON THEIR ALBUM OR MY ALBUM, I’M NOT EVEN SURE. WE LIVE IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD SO HE CAME INTO MY STUDIO. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT MAKING GOOD MUSIC
