Illenium Changes Pace With Bass Heavy Tune ‘Blood’ Featuring Vocalist Foy Vance

Illenium Blood

Illenium – Blood (feat. Foy Vance)

Illenium has one of the most active fan bases in the dance music world, and for good reason. The man just keeps on putting in work. When he’s not busy collaborating with other A-list producers like The Chainsmokers & Excision, he has stayed busy by working on his upcoming Ascend album and its various tracks. One such track is his new tune called ‘Blood‘ featuring vocalist Foy Vance.

‘Bloodstarts off immediately with a mellow guitar melody being played, which is immediately paired up with Foy Vance’s thunderous vocals. Some lyrics are sung, and at 1:04 we get the first drop. It is amazing. ‘Blood’ is the perfect example of why Illenials love Illenium so, dam, much.

‘Bloodfeatures heartfelt lyrics, that would melt even the iciest of hearts. When you pair that with the booming vocals of Foy Vance, and the monstrous sound design of Illenium, you’ve got yourself musical gold.

‘Bloodis one of the heavier songs in Illenium’s recent discography, and for me, it comes at a perfect time, as he just dropped an (amazing) Pop-infused future bass track with The Chainsmokers. Balance.

With a playtime of 4:07, this track brings so much value, in such a short amount of time. With that being said, you might want to play it back a couple of times to take it all in. Illenium’s new track ‘Bloodfeaturing Foy Vance is out now, and can be streamed below, enjoy.
