Instagram and WhatsApp will be renamed to ‘Instagram from Facebook‘ and ‘WhatsApp from Facebook‘. Although these changes are small, they are going to be major for Facebook as a whole franchise.

‘We want to be clearer about the products and services that are part of Facebook,’ a company spokesman said of the update.
