DJ Snake & Eptic – SouthSide
DJ Snake has gone back to his roots. In a collaboration with Eptic, ‘SouthSide’ is a firey track that will get you going. DJ Snake has seemed to be teasing this track for a while. Looking at sets from the past year you can trace this track all the way back to Ultra. Eptic even teased it himself at Lost Lands this past year.
The track hits right from the beginning. We first hear some catchy dubstep synths. The beat picks up quite quickly into the first drop. Fatman Scoop provides us with some classic vocals that guide us into headbanging. The sound produced from the drop sounds very familiar to other Eptic songs.
DJ Snake has produced another hit that will be played throughout this Summer. If you have gone to any of his shows you know that this is the type of music he plays. Not so much the pop-EDM that he sometimes produces. Either way, whatever genre of tracks he drops usually end up on the charts anyway.
DJ Snake is currently on tour and will be at many major music festivals this Summer. Eptic is also on tour and will even be at Red Rocks this June.
