Mark your calendars, ravers – the beloved Spring Awakening Music Festival will be making its highly anticipated return on June 7, 2019, to June 9, 2019. Trust us, this year’s edition will be bigger and better than ever!
To kick off the exciting eighth consecutive year of the fest’, the hardworking team behind the event has recently announced a truly amazing new location.
For the last three years, Addams/Medill Park was the desired and chosen area in which the festivities would take place, however, due to construction relating to a brand new soccer field and field house, beginning this spring, the fest’ will be taking place at Douglas Park.
The beautiful new location will offer future attendees a much larger space that will include more areas to explore, captivating art installations, and one of a kind experiences. In addition, the venue is located a mere two blocks (walking distance) away from the CTA Pink Line – California stop and will offer more free street parking, compared to the previous location. That’s right, you’ll be spending less time traveling, and more time living it up!
If these new features weren’t enough to entice you to purchase your tickets, perhaps the fact that a brand new Solstice Stage will be revealed in early 2019.
Early bird passes will go on sale on November 13, 2018, here. If you had previously purchased SAMF passes from SeeTickets from 2016-2018, the top secret loyalty code will be emailed to you, and you can grab your tickets as early as November 12, 2018.
