The news we’ve all been waiting for is finally here. After the pulse-pounding Swedish House Mafia reunion at Ultra Music Festival, we were pretty sure that this was not the last of the legendary trio. Since their show things have been very quiet in terms of new material or new shows. In recent weeks we have seen some indications that something was coming, since their social media profiles were scrubbed again and we’ve seen Steve Angello reminiscing about their last tour.
Now Axwell is confirming that Swedish House Mafia will tour again in 2019. This weekend at their Axwell Ingrosso show in NYC, Axwell dropped this bomb on the audience.

That’s pretty much all you need to hear. So yes, there is a Swedish House Mafia world tour in the works yet again. Obviously this tour would return to New York City, but outside of that we can only guess what it might involve. We’ll let you know when we learn more.
