North Coast Music Festival Releases 2018 Lineup

North Coast Music Festival is back for its latest installment. Running since 2010, the three day music and arts festival features folk, rock, hip-hop, and electronic dance music artists. There will also be a wide variety of performance and installation artists. The festival will take place over Labor Day weekend at Union Park in Chicago on August 31st through September 2nd.

2018 showcases a lineup headlined by Miguel, Snails, Axwell^Ingrosso, DJ Snake, Jamiroquai and many more. While past years have seen a more predominant electronic lineup, this year’s show is mixing things up a bit with hip-hop. Headliners in previous years have included Bassnectar, David Guetta, Zeds Dead, and Major Lazer.

Affectionately known as “Summer’s Last Stand” by attendees, this will be North Coast’s ninth consecutive year. In celebration of Chicago culture, multiple genres and one-of-a-kind art installations are what make this festival such a unique experience. In 2017, North Coast debuted a brand-new stage and added complimentary yoga sessions each day. Ava Grey Designs and The Elder Tree created a space that included a Living Art Gallery and another part paying homage to the history of Chicago street art.
