QLANK – Hollow EP

Every once in a while a new artist comes along that we just have to share with you. If you’re into dark, moody, and haunting yet groovy house music in the vain of Tchami x Malaa’s latest No Redemption EP, check out the latest offering from Los Angeles based QLANK, who has just served up his new Hollow EP.

Following up on his early 2018 single ‘Knowledge,’ the Hollow EP contains two immensely groovy house tunes, first the title track ‘Hollow,’ followed by ‘The Floor.’ While it is only two songs, the Hollow EP will give you a great glimpse into QLANK’s production style and strong sound design, which is sure to only improve as the young producer furthers his formal training in electronic music production.

Born in Detroit, QLANK relocated to Los Angeles to attend Icon Collective Music Production School in order to hone his craft. With a list of alumni that includes Jauz, NGHTMRE, Scott Land and Derek Anderson of Slander and Kayzo, there’s no denying that students at Icon receive some quality production instruction. If this new EP is any indicator, QLANK is on pace to steadily make his rise up the dance music rankings, and we hope we’ll be seeing more from him in the near future.

You can take a listen to the Hollow EP on the streaming platform of your choice below. If you’re digging the EP as much as we did, make sure to throw QLANK a follow on Soundcloud as well to remain up to date on his future releases.
