Sigma – Forever (feat. Quavo & Sebastian Kole)
British duo Sigma were Drum and Bass chart toppers in 2015. After a successful live tour, many mainstage performances and debut studio album the two remained relatively quite for a year. 2017 saw the return of Sigma with a slew of remixes of their debut Life EP. The duo then followed with the release of ‘Night Drive’ for the racing video game DiRT 4. Now they bring us something completely different in their newest track featuring hip hop artist Quavo and American producer Sebastian Cole.
Sigma is reincarnated and unveils a modern sound with ‘Forever‘. Mainstream popularity lies in the new song which is smooth with trap and R&B elements. The main feature of ‘Forever’ are Quavo and Cole’s vocals that complement each other perfectly. Cole, who has co-written and produced with Alessia Cara and Flo Rida, has his pop influence shine through in the collaboration. With verses layered on an epic chord progression and a middle section of harmonious strings and pianos, ‘Forever’ showcases itself as a party anthem.
