Electroland

Back in April, organizers announced that Disneyland Paris would be the home of the brands very first electronic music festival, which just took place Saturday, July 8. Electroland, which is the name of the Disney festival took place within the famous theme park with the perfect backdrop right in front of the “Hollywood Tower” of Terror.

The massive tower had lights that were projection mapped all across the face and sides of the structure to accompany our her major production including a laser show and the Disneyland staple, fireworks. The LED screen-clad stage was built right in front of the tower and featured a series of lights and screens to assist with the tower’s production.

The lineup for the first time event included Michael Calfan, Nervo, Steve Aoki and several others who all rocked the inaugural Disney stage.

Since Electroland was such a massive success with plans already in place to return in 2018, let’s hope we see it move to more Disney locations soon. The demand in Anaheim, Orlando and Tokyo would surely be extremely high for an event like this and would be a nice addition to Disneyland’s already impressive repertoire of success.
