Pete Tong’s ‘Ibiza Classics’ Coming to the Hollywood Bowl

Pete Tong is a living legend in the world of dance music, having been heavily involved in the scene in one way or another since the late 1980’s. The iconic host of BBC’s Essential Mix had a marquee year in 2016, releasing a mashup album of dance music classic tracks with the Heritage Orchestra, giving some of best dance music anthems a classical music makeover. The project earned Tong his first number 1 album in the UK, and he celebrated the released through a slew of tour dates, performing at some of England’s premier venues, such as the O2 Arena, the Manchester Arena, and even performing the Proms at Royal Albert Hall.

Today, Pete Tong has announced that he’ll be bringing the live performance stateside, with a performance in conjunction with The Heritage Orchestra, at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on November 9th, where he’ll be joined by conductor Jules Buckley and a number of other special guests. Tickets will be available for purchase on Friday, June 9th so be sure to keep an eye out for them.
