REZZ – Something Wrong Here
Isabelle Rezazadeh, or as most of you know her, Rezz, has accomplished another massive feat. At 12:00am on October the 7th, Rezz’s biggest release to date came out on mau5trap, her fourth EP, Something Wrong Here.
The EP takes after Rezz’s to-be-expected heavy mid tempo sound. Notable tracks off the EP are the dark and creepy “Voice In The Wall”, the industrial sounding “Paranoid”, and the jackhammer of a song, Cryptic.
In the past, one might say this EP takes after one of her larger influences, Gesaffelstein, but with this EP, Rezz sets herself a part from the french producer and stakes her own flag in the ground of electronic music.
This EP is undeniably, unmistakably, unapologetically, Rezz.
