The Beatport Booking Barometer is Here and it is Fancy

While Beatport has reportedly slimmed down after the tumbling fall SFX has had over the last 18 months, the products they have been working on have received extra attention, garnishing some much needed glances in a world where Apple Music and Spotify reign supreme.

While the electronic music service has been slowly rolling out this new project, gradually announcing a few names at a time, yesterday, they released their entire booking barometer. Featuring best bookings and future picks of 2016 for the US, UK, Germany, Australia, South America, Asia, and Japan in the categories of club, big room and bass, Beatport rolled out the red carpet for this innovative, eye opening and visually appealing set of data points.

This is such a great way to take all of those silly polls (my humble opinion), mash all of the best artists and even the future stars of this industry that each country seems to be lifting up right now and place them in an environment that fans, talent buyers and even other artists can see how culture affects who is brought where.
