The Clark County’s coroners office has released the official cause of death for the young woman who passed away after attending EDC Vegas this June. 20-year-old Kenani Kaimuloa died of a combined intoxication of cocaine and ecstasy. The excessive heat was said to have had an affect also. Kaimuloa was in a coma in the hospital prior to her death on June 24th.
News like this is tragic and should remind everyone to cherish life. It’s even harder to digest the news when this happened to a person after what was supposed to be a weekend of happiness and fun. Companies like Insomniac continue to work with different authorities, vendors an providers to bring the us the safest events they can but they can only do so much. We want to remind everyone to always be aware of your surroundings and know what you’re taking if you choose to partake, and of course always stay hydrated.
