Burning Man Goes International With Euro Edition

Burning Man

The Burning Man Project is making headlines once again this week. Festival organizers recently announced that that in 2017 they will be bringing a new 3 day festival to the Netherlands. The new festival titled, “Where The Sheep Sleep,” will take place from July 29-31 in the Veluwe region.

The Veluwe is found in the Gelderland province of the Netherlands and is known for its striking biodiversity including forested hills, some of Europe’s largest sand drifts, not to mention gorgeous vistas, and even some classical architecture. Considering this setting, chances are this festival will be an incredibly surreal and unique experience, which is exactly what we have grown to expect from The Burning Man Project. photo Jachthuis_Luchtfoto_-_Lars_Soerink_zps7rjmpvxi.jpgMore information about this exciting new event will be available online through the Burning Man Netherlands Facebook Group. We will continue to keep you updated with more information about this new festival as it becomes available.
