Justin Jay & Friends are back! And this time they’ve returned with two more stellar tracks off of Fantastic Voyage (The Album!). Released as an EP through Soul Clap Records, the new tunes are a gorgeous complement to the album’s previous releases. Each song released so far has added something special to the album, ranging from lighthearted, seaside feels to darker, temperate tones.
Their newest track “Let Go” is another dazzling design of the album’s blend of sound and style. Featuring Josh Taylor’s sanguine vocals, the song is carried by Justin Jay’s funky downtempo beat while embracing gliding guitar strums and a steady percussive end to bring the piece together. The EP’s second single is set to be released next week, and will further add to the breezy, meditative vibe that is central to Justin Jay & Friends’ signature groove.
