James Blake – Timeless
Grammy nominated artist, James Blake, recently premiered a beautiful new production during his recurring show on BBC Radio 1. This song unlike much of his work, has less of a minimal feel, and instead overlays his atmospheric vocals over a pulsating bottom groove of 808 bass.
The unique interplay between the vocals, bass-line, percussive, and melodic elements, captures the listener from the second you hit play, and takes you on a four minute journey into the mind of Blake. Like much of his work, the production is flawless, and possesses the individuality and emotion of a true artist.
A release date for “Timeless” has not yet been set, but fans should expect the song to be available on all major platforms soon.
