As anticipated, Paul Van Dyk’s upcoming shows have been cancelled as a result of his injuries. Markus Schulz has officially taken Paul Van Dyk’s spot on the EDC Mexico roster, and it is expected that others will follow suit and attempt to fill voids left by Van Dyk on other lineups. Paul Van Dyk truly is a superlative performer in his own right, and his efforts have influenced the trance realm in monumental ways. His presence will be surely missed, as no one can fill the void left by Paul Van Dyk. We send our thoughts, love and hope to Paul and his loved ones during this difficult time, and wish him both a full and expeditious recovery. Get well soon Paul!
