Canada and Sweden come together in spectacular fashion for one of the most tantalizing tracks of the year so far, as Matteo Dimarr’s “Can You” releases on Steve Angello’s ‘X Records’- or rather releases tomorrow, as EDMTunes is happy to bring you the first full listen to the record’s first offering of 2016. Out tomorrow, February 5th, Dimarr’s “Can You” is a modernized take on all that made house music popular in its infant days; with classically snappy drums, modern electro synths, and rolling bassline, this track has all the earmarks of a great club groover. Matteo is no rookie to this game though, the master craftsman has been in the scene since 1991, so we expect everything short of perfection with his releases. Featuring hauntingly enticing vocals sampled from Roland Clark, Dimmar’s “Can You” harkens back to the greatness of house’s origins while beckoning to its bright future, making this one tune you really won’t wanna miss.
