In what is surely the start of another banner year for tropical house specialist Kygo, the Dutch producer released the visuals for his latest single ‘Stay’ featuring vocals by the talented Maty Noyes.
The concept of the video itself centers around two lovely young ladies as they cope with the highs and lows that exist within their tumultuous relationship. With stunning visuals set in some incredibly picturesque locations, Kygo’s video is extremely progressive, as homosexuality is a topic rarely highlighted and so casually demonstrated within mainstream media. However, the true beauty of the video is that it doesn’t focus on any controversy or discrimination that is so frequently associated with topics surrounding the LGBTQ community. It merely serves to illustrate an honest depiction of love in a relationship and leaves it at that.
