Pete Tong, highly regarded as one of the global ambassadors of dance music, will be trekking west this weekend as he continues his ‘All Gone Pete Tong’ show. Slated to play in Los Angeles on Friday and San Francisco on Saturday, Tong will then make the customary flight to Las Vegas for a May 15 performance. This will signal his final ‘All Gone Pete Tong’ show in the United States until he comes back in late September to play it at Atlanta’s TommorowWorld.

Looking ahead this summer, Tong will be spearheading a unique event through the Annual BBC Proms – an 8-week annual concert season of orchestral concerts at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Honoring 20 years of radio and live broadcasting from the world’s dance music capital, Ibiza, a live orchestra will perform classic Ibiza dance tracks, hand picked by Pete Tong. Classics including Rhythm is Rhythm’s ‘Strings Of Life’ and Stardust’s ‘Music Sounds Better With You will be re-worked and re-imagined.
