The Prodigy Surprise Everyone With Early Stream of New Album, The Day Is My Enemy

Lately, the growing trend for artists has been to surprise their fans and the music blogosphere by release their music on the fly, with little to no publicity. Drake and Jaden Smith have been a testament to that, but this isn’t the first time this tactic has been utilized.

The Prodigy, having already set a release date for their upcoming sixth studio album The Day Is My Enemy, which had been March 30th, brought in a hybrid plan of sorts and released in six days before the originally scheduled debut through an exclusive iTunes stream.

Four of the tracks on the album were already available for consumption through various outlets including the brilliant captivating “Wild Frontier“, so hearing them all together in their purposed orders helps paint the picture of path taken throughout the ten track journey.
