The infamous club Space has been elusively teasing New Yorkers with its debut for years and after a few setbacks, Space is slated to finally open in the Big Apple next month. Voted the best club in the world by both DJ Mag and IDMA, Space Ibiza confirmed they would be debuting in NYC in addition to opening Space Dubai in 2013. However, despite speculation of an opening party last Thanksgiving, the Hell’s Kitchen location – 637 W 50th street between 11th and 12th – never opened up.
Space New York is now set to launch during New York Fashion Week, taking place September 4- September 11, 2014. Details about the potential opening party are still unannounced, however the Space website is now live.
