Two of the funkiest names in electronic music, A Trak and Oliver, come together on their latest electro/acid bomb “Zamboni”. The Two Fools Gold staples have crafted a tune that has a little bit of everything in it, the acid techno style baseline hints towards the Gesafelstein sound, but its wrapped up in playful synth squiggles, vocals and 80s drum roll patterns. The two producers work well together, playing to their strongpoints, with A-Traks sounds coming through in the percussion and sampling, and Oliver giving “Zambonis” baseline that trademark strut.
