GRiZMATIK – “My People” (Official Music Video)

Two of the games most interesting artists came together and created something truly unique.  Gramatik, creator of tracks that he categorizes as “acid jazz” or “electro soul,” and Griz to create GRiZMATIK and a very fresh sound.  Hailing from Brooklyn NY and Detroit Michigan, these two artists have had a lot of different musical influences.  The intense drops of Gramatik mesh perfectly with the soulful saxophone play of Griz.  Not to mention that Griz can really take control of a crowd.  After recently seeing him at the Mad Decent Block Party in DC, I can definitely say that Griz had the entire crowd on their feet.  These artists are definitely doing something special, and this music video, shot in Colorado, shows that.
