Now, we bet you’ve never seen anything like this before: Nomura, a remarkable Japanese company, has created an incredibly epic juicing machine that allows it’s users to design beverages based off of their favorite tunes!
This groundbreaking piece of technology, baptized Squeeze Music, acts as a jukebox and a wicked juicer by simultaneously analyzing the song’s waveforms that have been imputed into the device, all while reading the emotions within the track: romantic (astringent), sad (bitter), happy (sweet), exciting (sour), sentimental (salty) and happy (sweet). The outcome is a unique juice blend to match the vibes of the tune; that said, emotionally sad songs will have more of a bitter taste, while uplifting happy pieces will have a sweeter aftertaste.
Like many entrepreneurs from around the world, Akinori Goto, one of the developers of Squeeze Music, believes that there are truly infinite options and prospects in the future with this creative invention. He proudly stated “At a music festival, for example, you can enjoy the experience to have a drink blended according to a song while listening to it at the gig,” he says. “Moreover, we can mix alcohol so it could be served as cocktails in a bar if people want to try that out.”
