“It’s strange that I’m expected to summarize a song in a quote so you’ll listen to it, when listening to it would solve that problem. The song is ‘What It Feels Like’ with Daya. You can stop reading now.”

What separates this from other dance tracks is how the arrangement perfectly supports the emotional arc of the vocals. The production doesn’t overpower but rather lifts. It lets Daya’s performance breathe and resonate, especially during the more vulnerable sections.

The drops are gritty, and I love the contrast between them. This track shows Dillon’s sound at its finest, from the trap-heavy first drop to the house-focused second drop. Daya’s whisper vocals take the track to a new, unexpected level.

The new music kicks off a massive year for Dillon, who recently announced a highly anticipated Dillstradamus co-headline tour with trap pioneer Flosstradamus starting this April. Following explosive festival and headline sets across the globe in 2025, the tour will see stops at New York’s Terminal 5, Chicago’s Radius, Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium, San Francisco’s Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, and more.

Eli Brown’s high-octane rework infuses the unrelenting, raw energy of techno into the already dynamic soundscape with his signature dark, brooding and subversive style. The single is driven forward by Brown’s thunderous basslines and sinister sound, creating a viscerally addictive remix.

Dom released the original track back in February and he officially debuted the remix during his headlining performance at ULTRA Music Festival Miami during his Everything Always set alongside John Summit. Watch the moment HERE.

“When ‘Dreamin’ came out I knew I wanted to make a tougher edit for my sets. Dom sent me the parts – it was never intended to be an official remix, but once Dom and I started playing it and saw the reactions, we knew it had to come out. The tune is such an anthem and I’m stoked to unleash it!”

What Eli Brown Has Been Up To

One of music’s most in-demand, yet quietly legendary producers, with 12 Beatport #1 tracks and the title of THE highest-streaming techno artist in the world, Eli Brown is a sonic force in a category of his own. Hot on the heels of a historic 2024 – that saw the artist sell out major markets like LA and NYC (where he broke the Resident Advisor website after tickets vanished in under a minute), make his first foray into fashion with the launch of his streetwear label 92 Thing, and make history as the first ever techno artist to perform at Rockefeller Center – this remix arrives just one day before the sonic alchemist makes his official Coachella debut, where he’ll close out the Yuma Stage on Saturday night both weekends.

What Dom Dolla Has Been Up To

Dom’s presence at ULTRA is just the beginning of a massive year ahead, with upcoming headline performances at EDC Las Vegas, Bonnaroo, Hard Summer, Lollapalooza, and more. Dom will take over Hï Ibiza with a summer residency, while also continuing his successful residency run at LIV Las Vegas.

‘Dreamin‘ is originally a tech house track by Dom Dolla, featuring the vocals of Daya. The original track showcased Dolla’s signature groovy, minimalistic tech house vibe. So, Anyma, known for his melodic techno style, put his signature spin on the track. His remix transforms the song into a more powerful, melodic techno experience. It is characterized by a vibrating bassline, gargantuan synth melodies, and arena-sized kick drums. Hearing it on 16,000 speakers made it even better. Additionally, Daya’s haunting vocals fit well with Anyma’s sonic landscape, providing a consistent element between the original and the remix.

We know a new album is in the works from Anyma, to be released around May. Catch him at Ultra Music Festival and Creamfields while we stay tuned for more new music from Matteo. Check out the remix below, available on all streaming platforms.

Daya tastefully lends her vocals to the lyrics as a classic accompaniment to all the jams that Dom creates. The track is catchy, energetic, and a great addition to his repertoire. “Sunny Days, it’s such a pretty place”, “I see your smiling face, woke up and now I think I’m dreamin” begin the track. “All my friends, so sweet and innocent” follows as the second chorus. “The story never ends, woke up and now I think I’m dreamin” close out the verses as the undulating bassline rolls to the end. Their melodic collaboration is beautiful and perfect, capturing what dreaming must be like. We will surely see this track in his future performances, mixed in with delicacy.

Dolla never ceases to amaze with his ability to create memorable dancefloor tunes. His records resonate on stage, off stage, in yoga studios, on blast while studying, virtually anywhere. ‘Take It’, ‘San Frandisco’, ‘Girl$’, ‘Savin’ Up’, ‘Miracle Maker’ are a few of his releases that pump up the energy to enormous proportions. Garnering immense support from the community and crowd, even the remixes of his tracks leave no stone unturned. Not one body is left dry, no smile is left unbent in a Dom Dolla audience. The heat fires on with him through each and every performance.

Check out the official music below and get super excited for another year with Dom, starting with Coachella!

“We’re excited about the Iconic Chicago Pride Parade making a return that Sunday, with many parade-goers planning to continue the celebration afterward with us at Grant Park. Equally as exciting is being able to present this all-star lineup to the community – keeping our spirits high. As much as we celebrate Pride today as a party, it has never been more important to remember that Pride is a protest, and the queer community is continuously fending off anti-gay legislation and sentiments. From anti-trans legislation to “Don’t Say Gay” laws impacting our youth that while we dance we must also fight for one another.”

-Dusty Carpenter, Pride in the Park Lead Organizer

The event will take place Saturday June 25 and Sunday June 26. For more information, visit PrideParkChi.com

Came back from tour to find my first plaque sitting here in the studio. This record changed so much for me, and it continues to hold a special place in my heart. Shoutout to @illeniummusic and @daya for being not only incredible artists but equally incredible people. And thanks to you all for your support and love on this one ❤️

According to the RIAA, you need to have 500,000 track sales in order for your track to qualify for gold. As you go up the scale you need 1,000,000 track sales to earn a Platinum record. And I know what you are thinking – 140 million is a lot more than both of those. However, since streaming is so prevalent in today’s society, they adjusted the scale. 150 streams now equal one track sale. So in Gryffin’s case, this puts him at Gold, but as more streams roll in, ‘Feel Good’ may go Platinum someday.

Gryffin continues to make a name for himself in the dance music world – and he is just getting started. He has steadily risen in popularity and continues to get more musically diverse as the years pass. We are stoked to see what’s next for Gryffin in 2020. All we know now is that he is ready to be back in the studio and work on new music.

While tour was an incredible and an absolute blast, I'm insanely excited to get back into the studio this week and start working on new music 😍

RL Grime – I Wanna Know (feat. Daya)

Earlier this week, trap legend RL Grime announced his new album entitled NOVA is done and new music was finally coming. Today he released the new track ‘I Wanna Know‘ featuring pop artist Daya.

RL Grime has been notably moving in a lighter direction with his more recent releases like ‘Reims’ and ‘Stay For It.’ His last release ‘Era’ is a trap banger but he went the opposite direction for ‘I Wanna Know,’ as it’s just a well-done pop song.

The track is clearly RL Grime flexing his production skills, with a catchy melody and a drop full of guitar riffs. Twinkling synths fill the hook, while the build-up still features his signature 808s. Daya’s powerful vocals elevate this song to pop perfection. His experimentation with various instrumentation makes ‘I Wanna Know’ a certified crossover hit.

There is still no word on a release date for NOVA but we’re eager to hear what he else has in store us. Listen to ‘I Wanna Know’ below!
