NGHTMRE, Shaquille O’Neal & Lil’ Jon – BANG

NGHTMRE, Shaquille O’neal; & Lil’ Jon – Bang

NGHTMRE has been a collaboration machine lately. While selling out shows around the world and linking up with the likes of Wiz Khalifa and The Chainsmokers, he even found time to collab on the launch of label, ‘Gud Vibrations.’ Teaming up with fellow bass music heavy hitters, Shaquille O’neal and Lil’ Jon, he looks to continue his onslaught into 2019 with the release of ‘Bang.’ After the epic NGHTMRE b2b DJ Diesel set at Decadence AZ this newest collab seems like the perfect ending to a crazy 2018.

‘Bang’ isn’t the first 2019 release on Gud Vibrations as the label’s dropped a slew of Wavedash tracks already. However, it will be the first non-Wavedash track and first from NGHTMRE this year. Fans are still reeling from ‘Like That,’ a recent collab with Big Gigantic, but this still feels like a long time coming. Hardcore fans remember when he teamed up with Label co-owners, Slander to drop the trackGud Vibrations‘ on Mad Decent. Along with that, a lack of new music from the trio has created heavy anticipation leading up to tonight’s release.

Despite the fact that ‘Bang’ isn’t a direct collaboration between Slander and NGHTMRE, it does feel like a prelude to big things. The track opens with Lil’ Jon’s namesake ‘Simon Says’ style roar seamlessly laced over a furious yet melodic NGHTMRE buildup. Additionally, headbangers everywhere will be get their fill with a drop that sure to break necks all along the Gud Vibrations Tour. Nevertheless, it seems like he may be freeing up space to make room for something big. Considering what he said in a recent interview he gave:

“The label gives us a chance to show people music that is incredible but that they might not have heard.”
