Obviously, many big names in the industry will touch down in Costa Rica that week. Audiofly, Bedouin, Carl Craig, Danny Tenaglia, Gioli & Assia, Hernán Cattaneo, Loco Dice, Rafa Barrios, Sharam, Stacey Pullen, Technasia, Vintage Culture are all going to be part of the festivities.

Despite the cancellation of the festival in 2022, the BPM team continues to take their event concept to new horizons. In March, they landed in Miami for the debut of their Miami Music Week offshoot. The two-day open-air experience boasted thrilling performances from 30+ artists, including Art Department, John Digweed, Victor Calderone, Jesse Calosso, Neverdogs, Deep Dish (Dubfire + Sharam), and more.

Moreover, the brand expanded into Toronto back in September. In fact, the first-ever special Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) edition of BPM Canada took place and was a total success. The event took over some of the city’s most prestigious electronic music venues and hosted the likes of Carlo Lio, Dubfire, Maher Daniel, Nathan Barato, and Sydney Blu, amongst others.

The BPM Festival: Costa Rica 2023 should be an exciting one. 5-day festival passes are available for purchase now. Please visit the official website for more details.

Welcome back artists, industry professionals, and fans! Make your way back to a beautiful paradise. So far, no news of cancellation or postponement has arrived. Fingers crossed that we’re looking at the first event for the new festival season.

Firstly, you have 30 artists right now with more to be announced. Secondly, faithful fans can enjoy their favorite artists play across multiple stages. Indulge in the open-air, beach town. Thirdly, the weekend is going to be filled with techno, progressive, house, and the like.

About The Festival

Tamarindo is located in the coastal Guanacaste province of Costa Rica. As a result, the luscious jungle setting is enough to make you frenetic. BPM resides in a beautiful town with multiple daytime and nighttime venues to be announced. Travelers can fly either into the Liberia International Airport (LIR) or San Jose International Airport (SJO). In addition, attendees will follow COVID-19 safety guidelines according to Costa Rica’s country-specific rules.

Not only will you enjoy an event rich in music, but you’ll also enjoy a city rich in culture as well. So, before you get to relive the good ol’ days, here are some rules.

• Make sure to wear facial coverings in all public spaces, including indoor areas when not eating or drinking
• Proof of medical insurance is required to cover all potential COVID-19 related issues
• Fill out the Mandatory Health Pass form

This will be a test to see if this successfully works. Malta canceled and Ibiza was postponed to next year as well. In the event of postponement, multi-day pass holders will receive three options. A credit option, a resale option, or a refund option. There is no word on flight refunds, however.

Nevertheless, they’re being transparent about the cause. It’s important to note that resale cannot be done via Stubhub or TicketSwap. A refund will be granted 85% of the tickets’ face value, processed within 30 days of the initial request.

Make sure that your country is safe to travel. Be mindful of the deadlines for refunds. February 24th, 2021 by 11:59 PM EST is the cut-off. Attendees can still purchase tickets here. Early bird passes have sold out but Tier 1 remains.
