Joshua Mellody, known by his back from the dead alias Zomboy, has been at the top of the dubstep game since dropping his debut album The Outbreak on Never Say Die Records in 2014. He followed up with a smashing remix LP of The Outbreak entitled Resurrected, and then absolutely took the EDM world by storm with his return to original music on 2016’s Neon Grave – which featured tracks such as “Lights Out,” “Dip It,” “Get With the Program” and “Like a Bitch” – tracks that are still constantly supported in sets across the dance music spectrum. Today, just a bit more than a year after Neon Grave, and in the middle of his massive North American tour, Zomboy released his latest EP Rott N’ Roll Pt. 1.

The EP features previously released singles “Rotten” and “Young and Dangerous,” as well as two brand new tracks “BITERZ” and “Saints & Sinners.” Start to finish, Rott N’ Roll Pt. 1 hits you with face melting dubstep combined with Zomboy’s impeccable ability to incorporate elements of electro house in his builds and phenomenal vocals with pop and hip-hop stylings.

While Rott N’ Roll Pt. 1 may not top Neon Grave, there’s no doubt that Zomboy is still second to none when it comes to dubstep production. Additionally, his live show will leave you dripping in a sweat with an aggressively sore neck. Kill the Noise has been kicking it in this scene for a very long time, and his accolades as a producer speak for themselves. His 2015 album release OCCULT CLASSIC featuring “FUK UR MGMT” and “I Do Coke,“ both still frequently played by artists on the festival circuit. Kill the Noise certainly hasn’t slouched one bit since then, releasing the OCCULT CLASSIC remix album ALT CLASSIC and his remix of Getter’s “Rip N Dip” in 2016, and “Like a Bitch” in 2017. It appears his 2017 is about to get even bigger, as he just took to social media to reveal that he has upcoming collaborations with Snails, Seven Lions and Skrillex, and that two of those three will be released soon.

Kill the Noise has worked with Snails and Skrillex before, and recently played the Seven Lions collaboration when he opened for Excision on the Paradox Tour. Release dates for these epic collaborations are yet to be revealed, but the man said soon, so we’ll be waiting patiently for more news regarding these upcoming tunes.

Well, Kill the Noise has just dropped his equally insane remix of the head banger and he’s cranked it up to 11.

Kill the Noise took the already chaotic track added a little bit more anarchy and added some seriously good rock elements, including unexpected guitar solos throughout. All while reminding you to stop acting like a F$@%!&# bitch.

Zomboy – Neon Grave EP

Dubstep / bass music maestro Zomboy has completely dominated the bass scene over the last few years; becoming well known for his heavy, filthy dubstep sound that can completely mesmerize an audience. He has managed to rake in millions of views on YouTube and hundreds of thousands of listens on SoundCloud. He comes from a sound-engineering background and his productional prowess really shows in the complexity of his releases.

The Neon Grave EP consists of 5 tracks. The one that stands out in particular is ‘Miles Away’ featuring Nefara due to its more chilled out vibe that we aren’t used to hearing from Zomboy. Zomboy – Like A Bitch

Zomboy slaughtered the 2015 year by taking on various music festivals in addition to a number of solo sets. But when it came to releasing new music, he was relatively quiet. His last major effort was the Resurrected LP, a compilation of remixes of his tracks over the last few years. But now, he’s starting the new year off on an original note, alongside mates from his current label, Never Say Die Records. Never Say Die will release the fourth volume of their compilation series this Friday, and will feature the likes of Zomboy, SKisM, MUST DIE!, Eptic, LAXX, Trampa, and many more. Zomboy’s latest track, “Like A Bitch“, is everything we have come to expect from the UK producer- bass madness with pulsating robotic distortion.

Zomboy has set up 2016 to be another busy year, as he is already scheduled to play various venues. Having recently been announced as one of the acts set to play Mysteryland USA and Bassrush Massive, he will also play the remaining majority of the Safe In Sound tour alongside artists such as Bro Safari, Datsik, Flux Pavilion and more.
