Following its debut at EDC Las Vegas Week in 2022 and subsequent sold-out, four-date run — which included stops in Seattle, San Jose, and Minneapolis — LSR/CITY became an instant viral sensation. Clips from the show’s stunning light show spread like wildfire across social media, and a live-exclusive cover of Madonna’s iconic ‘LIKE A PRAYER‘ was played millions of times on Instagram and TikTok.

Now, LSR/CITY is returning to the stage once again, raising the stakes further with even more mind-blowing visuals and a new body of music – the culmination of a year-long production process that promises to deliver one of the most immersive laser shows in dance music history. LSR/CITY has spent the past several months teasing new visuals in anticipation of the 2024 shows in cities such as Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Vancouver, Miami, Dallas, Toronto, and more. 

The tour announcement coincides with the official release of ‘LIKE A PRAYER‘, the debut track of the LSR/CITY project. Featuring London-based singer Annabel, the track has already amassed 20+ million plays and 1+ million shares on social media. Now, it’s finally been released across platforms due to fervent fan demand.

‘LASER‘ becomes the eleventh single from their highly anticipated album. On this track, both Hardwell’s old sound and the new one come together in a harmonic way. He uses thunderous and strong elements, making this a perfect song to burst a great dance floor with force.

At the same time, it rescues the essence of a vintage record that gives it the feeling of going back to the roots, the beginning of the music industry, as we know it, of electronic music itself. Although not only limited to music, the sample corresponds to a 1967 broadcast of a CBS documentary series “21st Century”, in which the anchorman Walter Cronkite talks about the development of using lasers eight years after their original patent application was noticed.

Hardwell had the opportunity to present his main song at one of Tomorrowland‘s closing sets, as well as in his iconic presentation at Ultra Miami a few months ago. Little by little, the presentation of his new full-length work promises to be an ode to his origins. It speaks to the sound that the artist has always wanted to make since the beginning.

This year the trance-loving crowd will witness the unveiling of their soon-to-be record-breaking laser light display – trust us, this magical show is one that you won’t want to miss!

Melbourne is known for its large-scale EDM festivals. It goes without saying that the Transmission Australia event will be confirming that fact as the stadium will host 20,000 party-goers on September 30, 2017. The organizer of the festival, Evolution Events, explained that the event will be “showcasing what will be the biggest production setup Australia has ever seen”.

That said, you know that one can expect epic memories to be made.

It’s important to note that this will not be the same original dance production that has been seen at the infamous stadium with Sensation and the shows put on by the talented Armin van Buren. However, it will be  the largest laser showcase that the country has ever seen. The audience can also expect special moments to be unveiled during the 3-day production as well as witnessing meaninglessly beautiful stage designs.

“For those who attended Subculture this year or Transmission last year, imagine triple the production for this event from Co2, pyro’s, Special FX and a shit load of Lasers. In fact, we have actually upgraded our laser plot from the required 18 laser fixtures to 54 lasers just to give our patrons the elevated experience of being at Etihad. You don’t get to play with such a venue often, so we just wanted to give the people a proper mind-blowing show!” the organiser confirmed.

If that wasn’t enough to complete your trance bucket list, one can expect to hear incredible sets from Ferry Corsten, Aly & Fila, Markus Schultz, Frontliner, Mandragora, Driftmoon and Sneijder.
