Cash Cash – How To Love (ft. Sofia Reyes)

Globally-recognized electronic act, Cash Cash, consists of a trio of both friends and brothers. Samuel Frisch, Jean Paul Makhlouf, and Alex Makhlouf produce and DJ as one talent. Since coming together in 2008, the group has delivered heat – reaching charts on Billboard, Hype Machine, US Pop Songs, UK Dance Charts, and UK Single Charts. Their talent clearly did not go unnoticed, signing with the likes of Universal, Spinnin’, and now Big Beat. Year after year, the last three being significant – Cash Cash has been released EP’s, singles, and remixes that brought them the recognition and fans they have today. You might be familiar with their high-ranking single, “Take Me Home“.

The three-act talent has announced their forthcoming 16-track debut album, “Blood, Sweat & 3 Years“, as well as the premiere of the first track “How To Love“. Playing the track instantly, I could identify that this was Cash Cash’s signature style. Illuminating true uniqueness, this track vibrates a summer vibe with light percussions, vibrant dance-pop elements, and electrifying melodies. The vocals of Sofia Reyes enhances the sound quality of this track, resonating with the listener. Watch the official music video below and grab a copy of the new track here.

kiiara – Feels (Hotel Garuda Remix)

Hotel Gaurda is back with a new masterpiece in their remix of Kiiara‘s “Feels“. The Hotel Garuda boys have drawn their musical influences towards dance music juggernauts, Bakermat, Thomas Jack and Cashmere Cat just to name a few. Throughout the last couple of years, the duo has been blessed with a few of their tracks reaching #1 on Hype Machine and hopefully, their latest remix will be added to that list in the upcoming days.

“Feels” is expected to be the final remix from the boys for a little while, as they are preparing to release some of their new material. Kiiara’s tantalizing vocals that were very evident in her original have certainly been brought over to Hotel Guruda’s interpretation of the track, as they lay over calming instrumentals. Hotel Garuda certainly deliver with the “feels” on this track, as they revamped an already powerful original into a futuristic/dance gem. Now it is your turn to feel what I have been feeling for the last few hours due to the fact that I’ve had this one on repeat.

Lost Kings – You feat. Katelyn Tarver

Fresh of the release of their debut original single, the Lost Kings are back with the second track off of their EP, Bad. The LA-based twosome have been hard at work over the last year, releasing an impressive amount of remixes and finally debuting a groovy original track, and are in rare form here as they combine their breezy beats with Katelyn Tarver’s indie-tinged vocals. Tarver, a blonde beauty once known for her roles on teen-targeted shows, brings a fun energy to “You” with her distinct and alluring voice, layering perfectly over the song’s feel-good melody and dance-able beat. “You” is another solid showing for the Kings, and its pop influence is a breath of fresh air in a future and trap heavy soundscape. Be sure to grab “You” when it becomes available on October 23rd and stay tuned for more from one of dance music’s most exciting rising acts.

Gallant – Open Up [Prod by STINT]

LA producer STINT has been giving his delectable remix treatment to a number of big artists as of late, including Lana Del Ray, Niia and Young The Giant to name but a few. His tracks are extremely colourful and full of energy, definitely a producer thats ready to burst onto the scene.

This Time STINT teams up with fellow LA producer Gallant on his new single Open Up. The sound quality of this piece is near perfect and Gallants silky smooth RnB vocals set this one alight. ‘Open Up’ is a sensual electronica/RnB banger, Gallant is reminiscent of a male FKA Twigs in his Falsetto style. This vibe in the melody is catchy and has the earmarks of a hit track, racking up 100k plays on soundcloud in just a few days. The collaboration between these two LA based artists has brought out a really imporessive result, and we hope to see more from them in the future.

If you’re really vibing ‘Open Up’ check it out on Hype Machine here and give the simple but effective music video a look over here.

Sia – Elastic Heart (Kid Arkade Remix)

Sia is currently one of the hottest names in music and her latest single is dominating the airwaves. With “Elastic Heart”, which happens to be co-produced by none other than Diplo, being more of a downtempo trap tune, it’s only fitting that it receives a more uplifting rework. Thankfully, Kid Arkade has taken the tune and flipped it on its head, turning it into a beautiful progressive house gem. The UK duo keeps Sia’s recognizable vocals intact, making this the perfect track for DJs that are looking to add a fresh take on a Top 40 song into their sets. This isn’t Kid Arkade’s first successful rework though, as their remix of  Kodaline’s “Honest” reached #1 on Hype Machine. The release date of their official “Elastic Heart” remix has still not been set, but you can listen to the track below and even give it a ‘heart’ on Hype Machine to help them top the chart again!

Porter Robinson – Divinity (filous Remix)

When Porter Robinson jumped onto the scene with the first release on OWSLA, crashing Beatport and seizing the iTunes charts, the sense of shock and awe was out of this world. For such a young artist to achieve such a great level of success so quickly was incredible. Madeon and Martin Garrix are other examples of massively successful wunderkinds, and we may have another young buck joining the ranks. Filous, a youngin’ of merely 17 from Vienna, has released a remix of Porter Robinson’s ‘Divinity‘, and it’s damn near perfect.

Robinson’s album was already a wondrous mixture of grace and emotional intensity. He chose ‘Divinity’ as the opening track for its memorable riff and the sheer energy emitting from the speakers; there was grunt, there was serenity, there was an airiness and heavenly power to it. Filous has altered the equation just slightly, and taken out the grunt. The result though, much like losing one of your senses, is a significant boost the other elements. The tempo has been tamed down a notch, casual guitar and charming piano pieces have been laced throughout, thoughtful vocal cutting and rearrangements have been made and the effects are nothing short of stunning. Listen to this in your room, in the car, on the beach, at work, wherever you want really. It’s so pure, it fits almost any situation. Filous you’ve gifted the world with quite a tune, and we can’t wait for more.

Filous’ ‘Divinity’ remix is out now on iTunes and can be streamed on Hype Machine. After ya check it out below, show some love with a purchase, a Hype Heart or both!
