Maor Levi- Juno

Here comes another yummy tune from one of trance’s brightest producers. Maor Levi delivers a rhythmic single called ‘Juno’ out today on Armada Trice. Not too long ago, Maor Levi made an announcement that he would be releasing tracks under Armada. He has not disappointed as he follows up ‘Aurora’ with ‘Juno’.

Maor Levi clearly is showing off some serious sound engineering on this one. ‘Juno’ embodies everything you want in trance. It blends beautiful chord progression with hard artificial synths. By the time you get lost in the sound, it drops you into the bass line. Hopefully there is more to come from the trance maestro. You can hear Maor Levi’s new tune ‘Juno’ below.

Maor Levi – Aurora

Maor Levi has been an ever rising name in the Modern/Progressive Trance scene around the world. His new track ‘Aurora‘ is out now on Armada Trice justifying his recent involvements with Armin Van Buuren. Maor was introduced to Hard/Psy Trance by his compatriots and Dance music legends Infected Mushroom. Maor’s famous associations with the Anjuna-family has always been a highlight on his artist profile and something he can be proud of.

‘Aurora‘ begins with a soothing synth element soon to be taken over by the uplifting Trance drums. The bassline is a smooth one that hovers around the same BPM throughout the rising tension. The track then drops to a deeper yet peppy melody that fills the air with nostalgia. This 3 minute 20 seconds’ tune is a perfect one for the festive season as it bundles together some soulful dance music and many good vibes to relish. So lay back and enjoy the track.

Two Friends feat. James Delaney – Emily

If you’re not familiar with Two Friends you need to be. This LA-based duo was first noticed for their feel-good, upbeat remixes of songs like ‘Born to Die’ and ‘Cool Kids’. Since then they have developed their now signature soul house sound and are set to make 2017 their biggest year yet. Just earlier this year they dropped their 3 track EP Out Of Love and are currently on their Out Of Love Tour. And now they are working with vocalist and third friend James Delaney to release ‘Emily‘ on Armada Trice.

Right from the beginning Delaney’s soulful vocals combined with the guitar samples set the tone. The subsequent addition of the keyboard and buildup adds on to that feeling. By the time the drop comes you’ll want to be dancing. All of it ties together to create the kind of catchy pop-infused house sound that you can be sure to hear on a radio or festival stage this summer.

Fehrplay – Dokebi

Norwegian born dj/producer Fehrplay is a true maestro when it comes to his music productions. His dynamic sound expand from deep and ominous sounds to uplifting and progressive. Some of his previous works include “Everywhere You Go“, “Nova“, as well as some amazing remixes in the likes of his remix to Adrian Lux‘s “Torn Apart” & Autograf‘s “Metaphysical“. He is back with the uplifting “Dokebi” via Armada Trice.

The former Eric Prydz protege created a spirited and playful track as he puts the focus on uplifting melodies and minimal vocal sample use which will have the listeners making their own interpretations of what the music is making them feel while listening. Two Friends ft. ktpearl – Forever

It’s no secret that we have been a fan of the LA duo, Two Friends, and their remixes, for some time now. They have that certain way of blending their high intensity melodies with that intimate feel of more house-oriented genres, and we love every minute of it. So we are more than excited to hear the release of the dude’s first original tune, ‘Forever’.

This track knocks all their other remixes out of the park. The vocals sit perfectly on top of some of the biggest piano chords we have heard this year, and the drums have enough power to knock your front teeth out. The drops are groovy and easy to swing along too, while the breaks have larger than life drum fills and emotional vocals that will suck you right in. So check out the tune below, and click here to see all the ways you can support this massive release.

Lush & Simon X Rico & Miella – We Are Lost (Volt & State Remix)

The fast rising Dutch DJ/production duo, Volt & Slate, continue to make waves in the world of dance music. With support from top DJs like Tiesto, Laidback Luke and Hardwell, these two youngsters have already helped produce festival favorite “Warriors”, and are positioned for bright futures. Remixing Lush & Simon X Rico & Miella’s “We Are Lost”, the duo ignites the track with an energetic tempo and catchy melody. Officially released on the Armada Trice label, the rework encapsulates Volt & Slate’s sound and provides a glimpse into what is to come.

The track kicks off with repetitive piano chords against the smooth vocals of Rico and Miella, and slowly builds to a pinnacle. Suddenly, progressive and up-tempo synths engulf the song to the tune of a hair-raising melody, exuding a festive atmosphere. Still in the infant stages of their career, you will want to keep close tabs on this duo as they attempt to create a long lasting legacy.

James Egbert – Underdog

When it comes to heavy hitting electro productions, Dyro is no stranger. That being said, it comes as no surprise that he had the honor of premiering James Egbert‘s latest single, as it fits the previously mentioned description perfectly.

The Denver native’s latest offering, “Underdog”, starts off calm, but after that first buildup, there’s no turning back. This may not be some people’s cup of tea, but Egbert is truly embracing his aggressive style. There has been a lot of talk about the death of electro, but the appropriately-titled track as well as his Twitter feed beg to differ.

“Underdog”, which comes courtesy of Armin van Buuren’s Armada Trice, is available on Beatport, so be sure to score your copy and help remind people that electro isn’t going anywhere.

Lost Frequencies – Are You With Me (Dash Berlin Remix)

Ever since Dash Berlin dropped his album ‘We Are, Pt. 1‘ back in August, he has stayed relatively quiet. While his album featured euphoric hits such as ‘Here Tonight,’ ‘Earth Meets Water‘ and ‘Underneath The Sky,’ his fans have been left craving his signature brand of anthemic trance ever since. Two months ago, Dash treated his fans to a convenient bundle of some of his best prior remixes. This included massive reworks of tracks like ‘As The Rush Comes,‘ ‘All Of Me‘ and ‘If I Lose Myself.’ Following through on this trend, Dash just released his ‘Are You With Me‘ remix, which he first premiered at his Ultra set in Miami.

Dash’s version of the song begins innocently enough, as the track gives off a twangy feel in complementing the soulful vocals. As his fans have come to expect, the track soon explodes with crashing euphoric synths that immediately immerse you in the joyous world of Dash. The track furher showcases Dash’s evolution as an artist, as he has drifted farther from trance and more towards emotional and powerful progressive house. Regardless of the genre, Dash Berlin has absolutely knocked this remix out of the park. The track has been released on Armada Trice and can be purchased here.

Never let your past dictate your future and be your own Lionheart, cuase no one is gonna do it for you. This is all about you.

— Marcus Schossow (@marcusschossow) March 17, 2015

Schossow took to Twitter to open up about something very personal, and shared information that hadn’t ever been published before. He began his Twitter flurry by expressing his struggles as a child, and his triumph through passion and determination; this may have led some people to believe it was going to be an aimless, emotional gush session, but it was from that. His rant turned into an inspirational message supporting all those going through hard times. Be it dealing with social condemnation because of a speech impediment or emigrating from your home country to escape war, Marcus Schossow wants people to know they shouldn’t ever give up and to keep on keepin’ on. This mentality, born through his struggles as a child, was the inspiration for his new track, ‘Lionheart’. ‘Lionheart’ is a beautifully arranged progressive trance hand-raiser, with a powerful uplifting melody and inspiring vocals from the Royalties STHLM. This isn’t a classic cliché trance tune though. There’s a solemn mellowness to it, with an intimate warmth to its textures. This is exactly the kind of sound Armada is seeking in its mission to establish Trance 3.0. The story behind this track carries significant weight, and Marcus put great effort forth in trying to express himself for his fans. You can read the whole series of tweets below. You can pre-order the track, due to be released on 3/23rd via Armada Records, on iTunes today!
