Tiësto is a cornerstone of electronic music, a GRAMMY® Award-winning icon who has consistently shaped the genre and its place in popular culture. It’s difficult to imagine modern electronic music without his influence, defined by multiplatinum hits, boundary-pushing performances, and relentless creativity. He pioneered the modern Las Vegas DJ residency, made history as the first DJ to perform at the Olympics, and has maintained a steady flow of successful tracks for three decades. His commercial achievements are staggering: over 40 million albums sold, eight Billboard “Hot 100” hits, 25 billion-plus worldwide streams, and more than a dozen RIAA Multiplatinum, Platinum, and Gold certifications. A dynamic collaborator, Tiësto has partnered with artists spanning genres, from Post Malone and Sigur Rós to KAROL G, Tate McRae, and Charli XCX. As The FADER noted, he possesses “unimpeachable hitmaking instincts.” His 2023 album, DRIVE, earned RIAA Platinum status, with the Associated Press praising, “Tiësto hits and he doesn’t miss with this slew of body movers.” He concluded 2024 by winning a Latin GRAMMY® Award for his remix of Bizarrap and Shakira’s “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53.”
