Lightning in a Bottle Releases 2023 Lineup

Lightning in a Bottle (LIB) is celebrating its 20th anniversary so, naturally, some longtime favorites are returning to Buena Vista Lake in celebration. Along with headliners like include REZZ, SOFI TUKKER, ZHU, Tale of Us, Diplo, Purple Disco Machine, Liquid Stranger, LSDream, TOKiMONSTA and The Glitch Mob, attendees will be treated to a diverse range of sound.

LIB’s 2023 lineup is its largest and most ambitious to date, with its iconic main stage (Lightning) showcasing electronic music’s most compelling and in-demand producers—HypnoVision label boss REZZ, genre-defying duo SOFI TUKKER and Grammy-nominated producer and singer ZHU. Genre-blurring live acts include multi-instrumentalist and vocalist duo Phantogram, the imaginative Beats Antique, Houston’s rising star Tobe Nwigwe and Zambia-born visual artist Sampa the Great.

The darker side of EDM will be showcased on the Thunder stage by artists like Liquid Stranger, LSDream and Deathpact. Electronic trio The Glitch Mob, Young Art label head TOKiMONSTA, drum & bass legend LTJ Bukem with MC Armanni and 90’s rave revival duo Prospa are among other favorite performers. A diverse next-gen display features the likes of empowering queer bass artist Wreckno, queen of Jersey club UNIIQU3, 11-piece techno marching band MEUTE and rising South African producer Jon Casey.

Finally, LIB’s colorful house and techno wonderland, the Woogie stage, is headlined by legendary Afterlife leaders Tale of Us and Higher Ground and Mad Decent superstar Diplo. Leading up to those powerhouse shows are artists like German disco and house producer Purple Disco Machine, piano house queen LP Giobbi, breakout talent Logic1000, Afro House sensation Layla Benitez and multi-instrumentalist Giorgia Anjiuli.

LIB 2023’s five-day experience will be kicked off by a variety of programming on the festival’s opening days. Interactive yoga and movement classes will take place Wednesday and Thursday, plus talks and workshops at the Compass and Learning Kitchen on Thursday. Fans can also expect the 80s Prom to make its triumphant return. The Lightning and Woogie stages have brand new designs and the Thunder stage has been revamped. There will also be a new Grand Artique stage this year—a unique environment with a blend of wild west aesthetics, unconventional activity programming and eclectic live acts.
