Kx5 Make Midwest Debut at HeatWave Chicago

Heatwave Chicago is back for their second year on June 10-11 at Douglas Park. Each day this week they are announcing new headliners. Unveiled yesterday, Kx5 make their midwest debut joining Griz and Slander as the headliners.

The two-day dance music festival brings fans an immersive pop-art-inspired event bridging the gap between leading dance artists and experiential art. Last year headliners included A&B, Galantis, Tiesto and Zeds Dead. Sam Feldt B2b Jonas Blue, Oliver Heldens, Phantoms were amongst many more house artists. Tech house featured Dr Fresch, J. Worra and Shiba San to name a few.

Kx5 have had a busy year since their collaboration with their debut album set to release March 17. They are set to play at Ultra Music Festival next month and Beyond Wonderland at the Gorge in June. Kaskade and Deadmau5 have their individual residencies in Vegas where you can see them through the next few months. Take a listen to their BBC 1 set if you can’t catch them live just yet.

Stay tuned for the full line up of Heatwave Chicago on Friday. You can buy tickets here.
